Business card designs for various playwrights. The goal  of the sketched card was to avoid "cheesy" theatre cliches such as theatre masks and stage props. The result was a quirky hand-drawn recreation of a scene from Hamlet, featuring the client's head swapped with the skull to match his dark sense of humor in his writing.

I initially sketched the illustration in pencil, recreated it in Micron pens, and adjusted the finished drawing in Photoshop to create the effect I was going for. The front of the card also features my hand-lettering.

The other cards were attempts at flat, simple designs that represented the tools and symbols of the trade.
